Payment and Cancellation

Full payment should accompany registration forms, with cheques / bank drafts made payable to Beijing Physiology 2008. Please print the delegate name and organization on the back of cheques and bank drafts. Accepted credit cards are MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. Overseas payments may be made by credit card or bank draft/cheque in Chinese RMB. Please note that all price quotes are in Chinese RMB (Yuan). Option 3: Payment by Credit Card
Please complete your credit card details on the registration form. The payment will be billed in Chinese RMB. Consequently, the amount charged to your account may vary due to the fluctuation in exchange rates. An additional 4% bank charge will be added to the total amount to cover the cost associated with handling credit card payments.

Cancellation and Refund
Cancellations received by Secretariat in writing will be accepted. Refund with remittance charge deducted will be processed after the conference. The refund policy is given as below:
