As the hub city in China, Beijing is easily accessed by all delegates. Delegates from America, Europe and Asia Oceania region can find non-stop flight to Beijing.

Passport & Visa

A valid passport and visa must be in possession when entering China. Upon receiving your registration form and payments, the secretariat will send you an official invitation letter that is a required document for your visa application. Please provide your full name and passport number as well as name(s) and passport number(s) of your accompanying person(s) in the registration form. Please apply for entry visa(s) with the official invitation letter at your nearest Chinese Consulate (or the Visa Office of the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Hong Kong).

Special Notice

Olympic Games and Paralympic Games will be held in China from August to September, you are suggested to apply entry visa after September 23, 2008. The original copy of the invitation should be asked before September 23. The duration for visa application is around 10-15 days.
